Hone in on the most marketable skills you've acquired while earning your graduate degree. Learn how to promote your research, teaching, and critical thinking skills outside of academia.
You will have the opportunity to sign up for one of four sessions offered during the week of Feb. 19 (slots available from noon to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in SZB 450H). This session allows you to practice your classroom teaching techniques by preparing and receiving feedback on a mini-lesson (10-12 min.) to present to your peers.
This session will be held on Thursday, Feb. 8 from 3:30 to 5:00pm in SZB 450. It will explore techniques to help you manage your grading load, such as "minimal marking".
