UWC Graduate Writing Retreats are an opportunity to work alongside your peers in a quiet, distraction-free environment. We provide coffee, light snacks, and worksheets for goalsetting and quick writing exercises. Several UWC staff are also available to provide mini 15-minute consultations. Come all day or stay for a few hours, and get ready to get some writing done!

The Graduate School distributes a set of thesis and dissertation templates in Microsoft Word for Apple and Windows computers, which will help you format your paper according to current requirements. This workshop will help you learn to use the templates, and will cover such topics as the use of styles, correct page numbering, and table of contents generation.

No registration is required for this workshop.
